Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund.
24-6 Hours Before: 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
6-2 Hours Before: 75% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
Less than 2 Hours: 100% of the booking amount will be charged (no refund).
No Show: Full amount charged with no refund if you don't show up at pickup.
Driver Cancellation: Full refund if we cancel due to unavailability or technical issues.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Emergency Cancellations: Medical emergencies and natural disasters are considered on case-by-case basis.
